Crimping

Korisung offers various wire crimping machines for single wires, multi-conductor cables, EV high voltage cables, etc. Applicable applications include in-reel terminals, loose terminals, cable lugs, and plug inserts. Replaceable crimping applicators for different terminals, sharing one machine. And the crimping machine with a vibrator enables the automatic feeding of various loose terminals.

ECP 300

From 2-ton to 5-ton crimping force, the ECP 300 is an entry-level wire crimping machine that works for different types and sizes of terminals. The machine offers the highest flexibility and increases the production speed significantly, thanks to the replaceable applicator and fast changeover structure.

ECP 305

The ECP 305 series is servo crimping machines vary from 2 tons to 4 tons. There are 30 programs to store different crimp heights for different terminals for quick setup.

ECP 310

The ECP 310 is a highly precise crimping machine with 2 tons of crimping force. Different replaceable applicators for a wide range of terminal types - loose, in-reel, and other special forms

ECP 315

ECP 600

The ECP 600 is an economical crimping machine with 6-12 ton crimping force. The machine can crimp different terminals, wire connectors, and cable lugs by replacing the crimp applicators.

ECP 605

The ECP 605 series is a servo crimping machine with crimping force 6 - 10 T. The machine has a memory capacity of 30 programs to store different crimp heights for different terminals for a quick recall after changing the applicator.

ECP 610

The ECP 610 is a noiseless crimping machine with 16-ton crimping capability for a max. 120 mm² wires and cables. Optional air-cylinder-powered module to automatically clamp wire, feed terminal, and crimp.

EHCP 300

EHCP 600

The EHCP 600 is a hexagon crimping machine for heavy electrical wire and cable lugs and tubular terminals. The machine has a maximum 120 mm² crimping capability.

EHCP 605

The EHCP 605 is a hexagon cable crimping machine for 90-degree angled cable lugs, standard F shape cable lugs and other tubular terminals. The machine has a maximum 120 mm² crimping capability.

EHCP 800

The EHCP 800 is a hexagon cable crimping machine for standard F shape cable lugs and other tubular terminals. The machine has a maximum 240 mm² crimping capability.

EHCP 805

The EHCP 805 is a hexagon cable crimping machine for 90-degree angled cable lugs, standard F shape cable lugs and other tubular terminals. The machine has a maximum 400 mm² crimping capability.

The replaceable crimping die-sets (jaws) allow the machine to crimp different types of terminals such as ferrules, twin ferrules, insulated & non-insulated “O” or “Y” type terminals, male/female connectors, rectangular terminals, etc.

The LCP 335 is a mini pneumatic crimper specifically designed for quadrilateral (4-side) or hexagonal (6-side) crimping applications. Max. 10/6 mm² crimping capability with 1.3 T crimping force.

LCP 340

The LCP 340 is an electric crimping machine with an enhanced constant motor that offers powerful crimping force and fast crimping speed. The machine has a 2.5 T crimping force, applicable for max. 120 mm² ferrules/50 mm² non-insulated terminals/25 mm² insulated terminals.

LCP 345

The LCP 345 is a pneumatic crimper specifically for quadrilateral (4-side) crimping applications. The machine has a 2.5 T crimping force for max. 50 mm² wires.

LCP 600

The LCP 600 is a pneumatic crimper that has a 2.5 T crimping force to process a wide range of industrial cable lugs (up to 70 mm²) with various replaceable crimping die-sets (jaws).

LCP 605

The LCP 605 is a pneumatic crimper that has a 6.8 T crimping force to process a wide range of industrial cable lugs (up to 120 mm²) with various replaceable crimping die-sets (jaws).

LCP 800

The LCP 800 is a pneumatic crimper that has a 9 T crimping force to process a wide range of industrial cable lugs (up to 300 mm²) with various replaceable crimping die-sets (jaws).

MCP 800

The MCP 800 is a hydraulic crimping machine for electric vehicle charging cables, automotive cables, electric cabinets, and other electrical wires. 3 versions with 30/40/50 T crimping force for max. 200 mm² cables.

MCP 805

The MCP 805 is a hydraulic crimping machine with changeover-free hexagonal applicators, processing 10 - 120 mm² wires and cables.

MVCP 305

The MVCP 305 is a customized crimping machine specifically designed for various plug inserts crimping applications. The vibrating feeder will automatically feed plug inserts such as Euro 2/3 pin plug inserts, South Africa 3 pin plug inserts, UK 3 pin plug inserts, etc.
