Compact Crimper

Korisung’s compact crimpers are light and portable for industrial loose terminals crimping applications. From common electric connection terminals to heavy duty lugs, we offer different type crimpers with replaceable die-sets to meet the market demands.

LCP 300

The LCP 300 is an electric stripping + crimping machine with 1.27 T crimping force. The replaceable crimping die-sets (jaws) allow the machine to crimp different types of terminals such as ferrules, twin ferrules, insulated & non-insulated “O” or “Y” type terminals, male/female connectors, rectangular terminals, etc.

LCP 305

The LCP 305 is an electric stripping + crimping machine with an enhanced constant motor that offers powerful crimping force and fast crimping speed. The machine has a 2.5 T crimping force, applicable for max. 120 mm² ferrules/50 mm² non-insulated terminals/25 mm² insulated terminals and other industrial loose terminals.

LCP 310

The LCP 310 is a portable pneumatic terminal crimping machine with an enhanced air cylinder that offers the most durable performance. With 1.3 T crimping force, the machine can crimp different terminals by replacing different die-sets (jaws).

LCP 315

The LCP 315 is a light, portable & pneumatic crimping machine with 2.5 T crimping force. The machine can crimp different types of terminals thanks to the replaceable crimping die-sets (jaws).

LCP 320

The LCP 320 is a mini pneumatic crimper specifically designed for quadrilateral (4-side) or hexagonal (6-side) crimping applications. Max. 10/6 mm² crimping capability with 1.3 T crimping force.

LCP 325

The LCP 325 is a pneumatic crimper specifically for quadrilateral (4-side) crimping applications. The machine has a 2.5 T crimping force for max. 50 mm² wires.

LCP 600

The LCP 600 is a pneumatic crimper that has a 2.5 T crimping force to process a wide range of industrial cable lugs (up to 70 mm²) with various replaceable crimping die-sets (jaws).

LCP 605

The LCP 605 is a pneumatic crimper that has a 6.8 T crimping force to process a wide range of industrial cable lugs (up to 120 mm²) with various replaceable crimping die-sets (jaws).

LCP 800

The LCP 800 is a pneumatic crimper that has a 9 T crimping force to process a wide range of industrial cable lugs (up to 300 mm²) with various replaceable crimping die-sets (jaws).

LRCP 300

The LRCP 300 is a compact electric RJ (registered jack) connector crimping machine. The machine is capable for 4P4C to 10P10C RJ connectors that include the most common ones like RJ11, RJ14, RJ25 and RJ45, etc.
