Equipped with a rotary encoder, the MCW 615 is a wire meter-counting winding and cutting machine to make max. 50 kg finished coil. The machine arranges wires on the custom winding cylinder neatly and makes the overlay of each layer perfect.
1. Applicable for max. 300 mm inner diameter/600 mm finished coil outer diameter/50 kg finished coil.
2. The machine has 2 working modes: winding by meter-counting mode and winding by turn number mode.
3. The winding length (0.1 – 99,999.9 mm), winding turn number, winding speed, wire arrangement details, and other related parameters can be adjusted in the PLC touchscreen.
4. Equipped with OMRON sensor.
5. The cutting motion is powered by a pneumatic cylinder.
6. The winding cylinder diameter is customized according to the customer’s product, which is replaceable.
7. Fast winding speed up to 8 circles/s.
8. Optional universal structure to wind wires on customers’ spools/drums.
9. Custom options for special products.
