Producing max. 15 kg finished coil, the EWD 615 is an excellent wire winding/coiling machine that arranges wires on the custom winding cylinder neatly and makes the overlay of each layer perfect.
1. Applicable for max. 200 mm inner diameter/350 mm finished coil outer diameter/15 kg finished coil.
2. Equipped with OMRON sensor.
3. The winding cylinder diameter is customized according to customer’s product, which is replaceable.
4.The winding turn number, winding speed, wire arrangement details, and other related parameters can be adjusted in the PLC touchscreen.
5.Fast winding speed up to 10 circles/s.
