Producing max. 1.5 kg finished coil, the EWD 605 is an excellent wire winding/coiling machine that arrange wires on the custom winding cylinder neatly and make the overlay of each layer perfectly.
1.Applicable for max. 200 mm inner diameter/280 mm finished coil outer diameter/1.5 kg finished coil.
2.Equipped with OMRON sensor.
3.The winding cylinder diameter is customized according to customers’ product, which is replaceable.
4.The winding turn number, winding speed, wire arrangement details, and other related parameters can be adjusted in the PLC touchscreen.
