MCWB 620

Equipped with a rotary encoder, the MCWB 620 is a wire meter-counting winding, cutting and binding machine to make max. 15 kg finished coil. The machine arranges wires on the custom winding cylinder neatly and makes the overlay of each layer perfectly.

1. Applicable for max. 250 mm inner diameter/350 mm finished coil outer diameter/15 kg finished coil.
2. Max. 80 mm tying diameter (the tying diameter is related to the finished coil height and winding layer number)
3. The machine has 2 working modes: winding by meter-counting mode and winding by turn number mode.
4. The winding length (0.1 – 99,999.9 mm), winding turn number, winding speed, wire arrangement details, and other related parameters can be adjusted in the PLC touchscreen.
5. Equipped with NSK linear guide and OMRON sensor.
6. The cutting motion is powered by a pneumatic cylinder.
7. The winding cylinder diameter is customized according to the customer’s product, which is replaceable.
8. Fast winding speed up to 13 circles/s.
9. Fast tying speed of 0.6 second per time.
10. Each roll of the binding wire can be used 4500 – 8000 times according to the binding diameter.
