Producing max. 1.5 kg finished coil, the EWB 605 is a wire winding and binding machine that arranges wires on the custom winding cylinder neatly and makes the overlay of each layer perfect.
1. Applicable for max. 200 mm inner diameter/280 mm finished coil outer diameter/1.5 kg finished coil.
2. Max. 45 mm tying diameter (the tying diameter is related to the finished coil height and winding layer number)
3. Equipped NSK linear guide and OMRON sensor.
4. The winding cylinder diameter is customized according to the customer’s product, which is replaceable.
5. The winding turn number, winding speed, wire arrangement details, and other related parameters can be adjusted in the PLC touchscreen.
6. Fast winding speed up to 8 circles/s.
7. Fast tying speed of 0.6 second per time.
8. Optional universal structure to wind wires on customers’ spools.
