ERW 300

Equipped with the digital signal processor (DSP), The ERW 300 is a spot electric resistance welding (ERW) machine for wires, stators, sensors, and other metal materials.

1. There are 32 programs to store different parameters as per processing requirements.
2. Preheat current, welding current, and offset current can be preset, which resolves the weld splash during the welding process and the quenching after welding. These 3 parameters can be set separately or in any combination.
3. The machine features a slow rise/lower function to avoid splash during the welding process, especially for some special metal materials.
4. Equipped with a counter to check the current finished product number.
5. The machine can do spot welding, continuous welding, and crack fixing welding.
6. Save energy: with 3 phase power supply, the working output keeps at a medium frequency of 1000 Hz after current rectification and inversion, which reduces the transformer’s power consumption.
7. Compared with the utility frequency machine, the MRW 300 medium frequency features a compact body, which is much easier to install and set up.
8. The machine features a fault detection and isolation function, which ensures the safety of operation.
9. Available external connection to ICS, PLC, and other devices to realize remote control and improve efficiency.
10. Extension: remote monitoring, real-time data feedback, programmable input and output, wireless operation.
