The MTT 300 is a semi-automatic twisting machine specifically designed for shielded cables, ground wires, and braided cables with max. 80 mm twisting length (custom option for 150 mm).
1. The closing/opening motion of the twisting clamp is powered by a pneumatic cylinder, which will open automatically once compressed air is connected.
2. The twisting motion of the twisting clamp is powered by a 10 W/1400 rpm motor.
3. Activated by a foot pedal, the wire will be clamped and twisted, and the twisting clamp will automatically move backward to twist the whole wire.
4. The opening gap of the twisting clamp can be adjusted mechanically inside the machine, and the twisting force can be adjusted by increasing/decreasing the spring numbers.
