ETW 605

With the linear guide, the ETW 605 is a customized continuous taping machine for highly precise wiring harness tasks with minimized 1 mm tolerance.

1. The machine is especially designed for high level wiring harness that has specific requirement on the overlapping effect.
2. Applicable tapes include PVC tape, duct tape, cloth tapes, and high-temperature aluminum foil/glass cloth tape.
3. Custom linear guide length and clamp according to tape material and wire insulation material.
4. Different replaceable tape fixtures for different inner diameter tapes.
5. Host speed of 200 – 1400 rpm (adjustable).
6. PLC touchscreen with simplified program.
7. Safety guard with interlock.
