The ESP 600 is specifically designed for brushing and combing the shield layer inside high voltage cables and other shielded cables. There are 2 types of brush for different wire outer diameter ranges: brass brush for 1-6 mm OD and nylon brush for 1-25 mm OD.
1. Equipped with a max. 6000 rpm motor (adjustable rotation speed), the machine can brush and comb max. 60 mm length of the cables.
2. The distance between the brushes can be adjusted manually according to wire size.
3. The brass brush is very suitable for 1-6 mm OD wires with aluminum foil, while the nylon brush is for most 1-25 mm OD cables.
4. Tip: the machine can also fold the shield layer: switch the brush rotation direction manually and insert the pre-brushed cables to accomplish.
