ESP 300

The ESP 300, with 3 working units, is a versatile brushing, separating, and twisting machine for shielded cables, ground wires, and braided cables.

1. The brushing unit works for max. 6 mm outer diameter cables with max. 60 mm brushing length. The brushing wheel gap can be adjusted manually. The brushing unit also features continuously variable speed and standard modes, which can be switched freely by operators.
2. The separating unit works for max. 10 mm outer diameter cables with max. 60 mm separating length, which is powered by a 12 V/3000rps motor.
3. The twisting unit works for max. 2 mm2 wires. The twisting clamp is powered by a pneumatic cylinder, which is open once the compressed air is connected. When the foot pedal is pressed and held by operators, the clamp will close and rotate to twist wires until the foot pedal is released. The twist clamp closing will auto-fit different-sized wires, thanks to its elasticity design. The twisting clamp head opening gap can be adjusted by internal mechanical adjustment and the twisting force can be adjusted by increasing/decreasing spring numbers.
