EHS 820

Capable for shrinking processing up to 50 mm diameter, 1000 mm length products. The EHS 820 is a high-power heat shrinking machine for industrial heavy cable processing.

1. The machine is very suitable for Teflon heat shrink tubing, and other larger & long heat shrink tubing processing.
2. Freely switch between one-side and two-side heating.
3. The heating width can be adjusted according to product sizes.
4. Stable shell with multi-fiber thermal insulation cotton inside to ensure the machine works at a steady temperature.
5. Equipped with a temperature sensor to monitor in real-time the temperature can rise to 460 degrees Celsius (1 degree Celsius tolerance).
6. The machine features motor phase sequence detection, alarming when there is an error.
7. Heating system protection delay: to protect the heating core, the heating process will continue for 1 minute even when the machine power is turned off, which increases the lifetime of the heating core.
8. High heat transfer efficiency: the unique design allows the heating air equably pass through both the internal and external parts of the spiral heating wire.
9. There is a heating air control valve to adjust the air volume manually.
