Up to 650 mm shrinking length, the EHS 630 is a two-side infrared heat shrinking machine specifically designed for partial shrinking on long wires up to 25 mm in diameter.
1. The machine consists of a holder, a conveying system, a heating system, a cooling system, and a control system.
2. Two-side heat shrinking with digital temperature control up to 260 degrees Celsius.
3. The machine features detection for motor phase sequence, alarming when there is an error.
4. With a remote control port, operators can start/stop the machine at ease.
5. Conveyor stop delay: after the machine is turned off, the conveyor will continue working for 1 minute to be cooled and increase the lifetime of the conveyor.
6. Inside the machine shell, there is multi-fiber thermal insulation cotton to ensure the machine works at a steady temperature.
7. The internal wall of the heating system features multi-angle reflection to make products receive thermal energy equably.
8. The inlet and outlet door height is adjustable, preventing the thermal energy from leaking.
9. The distance between the heating tube and the products is adjustable to meet different processing requirements.
10. The heating tube will be cooled by the cooling system after the machine stops.
