EHS 610

With a 360-degree rotary heating head, the EHS 610 is a flexible wire & cable heat shrinking machine, especially for use in difficult to reach and confined spaces for max. 25 mm OD products.

1. The machine is suitable for PE heat shrink tubing, PVC heat shrink tubing, automotive cables, capacitors, batteries, electric cable ends, and other related heat shrink materials and products.
2. There are U-shape heating head and round-shape heating head of 25 mm diameter, which is replaceable for different products and applications.
3. The heating angle is adjustable thanks to its 360-degree rotary heating head.
4. Compact size and light weight make it work more flexibly.
5. Precise and real-time temperature control thanks to the PID/SSR controller (3 degrees celsius tolerance).
6. Inside the machine shell, there is multi-fiber thermal insulation cotton to ensure the machine works at a steady temperature.
7. There is a sensor to detect the heating air outlet’s real-time temperature, which will be displayed on the digital meter.
8. High heat transfer efficiency: the unique design allows the heating air equably pass through both the internal and external parts of the spiral heating wire.
