The EHS 605 is a one-side infrared wire heat shrinking machine for max. 25 mm OD products and the shrinking length is maximized to 400 mm. The machine can work 24 hours without stopping.
1. The machine consists of a holder, a conveying system, a heating system, a cooling system, and a control system.
2. The heating container has two layers of thermal insulation to save energy.
3. The products receive the thermal energy uniformly thanks to the half-surrounded structure.
4. The distance between the wires and the heating tube is adjustable.
5. The heating tube will be cooled by the cooling system after working.
