The MCS 315 processes max. 25 mm² industrial singe wires and cables with a fast speed at 2000 pcs./h!
1. Suitable for new energy cables, electric control cabinet wires, and other electric cables.
2. 12-roller plus belts feeding that increases the feeding friction, ensures precise feeding length and stripping length, enables the auto gap adjustment in the program, and makes sure that there is no scratch mark on the wire insulation/cable jacket.
3. Twin lead screws are selected to keep the wire in the center of the blades which perfects the stripping process.
4. Touchscreen data setup (cutting length, stripping length, etc.).
5. Compact design plus safety guard with interlock.
6. Automatic wire feeding (forward / backward), activation by alarm, and jog mode for operating manually.
7. Useful cutting length tolerance correction button.
8. Optional add-on: table, wire clamp, and conveyor.
