Dedicated to new energy cables, and electric control cabinet wires, the MCS 310 is a practical wire cutting and stripping machine with max. 16 mm2 processing capabilities.
1. 12-roller plus belts feeding that increases the feeding friction, ensures precise feeding length and stripping length, enables the auto gap adjustment in the program, and makes sure that there is no scratch mark on the wire insulation/cable jacket.
2. Twin lead screws are selected to keep the wire in the center of the blades which perfects the stripping process.
3. Touchscreen data setup (cutting length, stripping length, etc.).
4. Compact design plus safety guard with interlock.
5. Automatic wire feeding (forward / backward), activation by alarm, and jog mode for operating manually.
6. Useful cutting length tolerance correction button.
7. Optional add-on: table, wire clamp, and conveyor.
