Cut & Strip

The cut & strip machines are mainly used for cutting to length and removing the wire insulation or cable jacket. Extra modules are requested and added on to enable the capabilities for different processing standards. Korisung offers different types of wire cutting and stripping machines to precisely process single wire, multi-conductor cable (round and flat), shield cable, braid cable, coaxial cable, and optical fibers.

MCS 300

The MCS 300 is an economical wire cutting and stripping machine that can process 0.1 - 6 mm² electric single wire with the V blade set.

MCS 305

Specifically designed for 0.1 - 1 mm² small wire, the MCS 305 performs stable wire cutting, stripping, and twisting.

MCS 310

Dedicated to new energy cables, and electric control cabinet wires, the MCS 310 is a practical wire cutting and stripping machine with max. 16 mm2 processing capabilities.

MCS 315

The MCS 315 processes max. 25 mm2 industrial singe wires and cables with a fast speed at 2000 pcs./h!

MCS 320

The MCS 320 cable cutting and stripping machine processes max. 30 mm2 wires and cables, suitable for single wires, multi-core cables, shielded cables, PVC wires, flat cables, and other electric cables.

MCS 605

Equipped with a discrete driver for feeding rollers, the MCS 605 is a highly precise cable cutting and stripping machine for the wire size range of 6 - 70 mm2.

MCS 610

Designed for heavy cable up to 120 mm2, the MCS 610 is powered by a high-power motor to cut and strip industrial cables with excellent performance.

MCS 615

The MCS 615 is specifically designed for 6 - 120 mm2 high voltage cable cutting and stripping, and the productivity is maximized to 900 pcs./h.

MCS 800

The MCS 800 is an automatic cutting and stripping machine for processing max. 150 mm2 single-core wires, multi-conductor cables, and shielded cables.

MCS 805

The MCS 805 cable cutter and stripper can process max. 240 mm2 precisely with stable performance. Thanks to the latest blade set module, the machine can process different-sized wires without changing the blades.

MCS 810

For max. 300 sqmm industrial cables, the MCS 810 is an automatic heavy-duty cutting and stripping machine with double blade sets (one for cutting, and the other one for stripping).

MCS 815

The MCS 815 is equipped with high-power motors that cut and strip cables up to 400 mm2. The double blade sets design guarantees stable performance and repeatability.

MMCS 300

Stripping cable out jacket and core wire insulation, the MMCS 300 is a versatile cutting and stripping machine for max. 30 mm2 multi-conductor cables (max. 10 cores), round cables, and Flat multi-core cables. The separate stripping blade set design enables flexibility for various industrial cables.

MMCS 605

The MMCS 605 can process large multi-conductor cables up to 120 mm2, stripping both cable out jackets and core wire insulation. Thanks to the latest control system and enhanced servo motors, the machine cuts and strips the cable with high precision and stable performance.

MRCS 300

Cutting max. 30 sqmm wire with 0.01 mm incision increment, the MRCS 300 is a rotary cutting and stripping machine that stands for the highest processing precision.

MRCS 605

MRCS 605 processes max. 120 mm2 heavy-duty cables with rotary incision. The latest rotary blade module resolves a lot of wire processing difficulties, specifically for new energy cables, shielded cables, and special filing cables.

MRCS 610

Equipped with the selected motion controller, the MRCS 610 is a highly precise rotary cable cutting and stripping machine for 6 - 120 mm2 cables.

MRCS 800

Equipped with the selected motion controller, the MRCS 800 is a highly precise rotary cable cutting and stripping machine for 10 - 240 mm2 cables.

MRCS 805

MRCS 805 is a heavy-duty cutting and stripping machine for extra large cables up to 300 mm2. With the rotary incision blade set, the machine can cut and strip big cables easily without any failure.
