The EBD 315, designed for max. 25 mm2 hard wires, is equipped with an enhanced motor to process big wires easily. Max. 50 mm left side stripping + 25 mm right side stripping.
1. The machine is suitable for producing jumper wires for the electric control cabinets, jumper wires for the contactors, and bending wires for the electric meter boxes.
2. Equipped with a 7-inch PLC touchscreen, HIWIN linear guideway, and precise pneumatic pressure-adjustment roller sets, the EBD 315 can cut, strip and bend both ends of the wire, and the bending length and bending angle can be freely changed in the simplified programs. There are also 100 programs available to allow operators to store different data setups for different-sized wires and production needs.
3. Compared with manual bending workflow, the EBD 315 features stable performance and ensures every finished product is formed well without bending difference.
