Equipped with a discrete driver for feeding rollers, the MCS 605 is a highly precise cable cutting and stripping machine for the wire size range of 6 – 70 mm².
1. Controlled by a microcomputer, the machine is designed for high voltage and sheathed cables such as new energy cables, telecommunication cables, and electronic control cables.
2. The machine automatically cuts cables to length and strips both ends with programmed length, on which the multi-layer stripping is also applicable.
3. Equipped with an industrial-grade control chip, and integrated with high precision servo motor, the machine features stable performance (repeatability guarantee)
4. Selected PLC touchscreen with a user-friendly program.
5. Belts feeding that makes sure no scratch marks on the cable jacket.
6. Custom options for requested motors, drivers, and electric boxes.
7. Prepared different ports for future connection demands, and the machine can also connect with the MES system.
