The MNT 600 is an outstanding nylon cable tie tying machine with a flexible moveable tying gun, which automatically feeds the nylon cable tie from the vibrator bowl to the tying gun to make the tying operation fast and easy.
1. The machine is suitable for max. 200 mm length cable ties.
2. Workflow introduction: operators put the nylon cable tie in the vibrator bowl, and the cable tie will be fed and in line on the guide rail with the help of vibration (feeding speed up to 2400 pcs./h!). When operators press the trigger on the tying gun, the cable tie will be pushed, which is powered by compressed air, and then go through the customized tube to reach the tying gun tying head to make an automatic tying on the target products (cable tie tail will also automatically be cut off). The whole process only takes 1 second.
3. The tying tightness and cable tie tail length can be adjusted in the program, displayed on a touchscreen.
4. Custom option for fully automatic tying with the help of robot hands.
