EHS 810

For max. 100 mm diameter products, the EHS 810 is a heat shrinking machine with dual heating spouts and the temperature can be risen to 480 degrees Celsius.

1. The machine is equipped with 4-wheels, which is easy to move for a flexible operation.
2. Freely switch between one-side shrinking and two-side shrinking.
3. The heating area and distance between the upper and lower spout can be adjusted to meet different shrinking requirements.
4. There are sensors for each heating spout to detect the temperature and the temperature adjustment for 2 spouts is synchronous (1 degrees Celsius tolerance).
5. The machine features motor phase sequence detection, alarming when there is an error.
6. Heating system protection delay: to protect the heating core, the heating process will continue for 1 minute even when the machine power is turned off, which increases the lifetime of the heating core.
7. There is a heating air control valve to adjust the air volume manually.
8. Double layer stainless steel shell to allow machine to work 24 hours without stopping and ensure a steady power output.
9. High heat transfer efficiency: the unique design allows the heating air equably pass through both the internal and external parts of the spiral heating wire.
10. Overheating protection, over-loading protection, emergency stop button, no exhaust gas, etc.
